Candles:

  • Returns: Due to the nature of our handcrafted candles, we do not accept returns unless the item received is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Extractinghoney@yahoo.com. We will gladly replace the item or provide a refund, depending on the situation.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Honey:

  • Returns: We do not accept returns on honey products due to health and safety regulations. If you have any concerns about your honey purchase, please contact us at Extractinghoney@yahoo.com, and we will address your concerns promptly.

  • Refunds: Refunds for honey will only be issued if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund accordingly.
